Unfortunately, nothing will change, if you don’t dedicate some time to changing.
My patients have found that the space therapy provides, means they have clearer minds, they can connect to the information within themselves they need to make better decisions, and find themselves being more creative, and more productive.

How long does it take to untangle a tangled up ball of string? We are all unique and different, which means there’s no cookie-cutter approach and it all depends on the individual.
Therapy is a joint endeavour between the therapist and patient, and sometimes depends how how easy or hard it is for you to collaborate.

Yes, but we’ll discuss this first so we can agree on how it’s going to work.
For online therapy, I invite you to meet in person for your initial consultations, in order to establish a foundation for the online work.

The initial assessment consultation:
75 minutes - £150 -165.
Ongoing therapy sessions:
50 minutes - £90 - £110.
I have a certain number of low fee spots available. If you require a reduced fee, or are a psychotherapy or counselling trainee, please ask about my availability.
I review fees annually at the end of the financial year, and may increase fees in line with inflation.
